    Is the latest OS still available? I installed the latest update, then backed my phone up with the intention of re-loading the software to get rid of bugs. Now I have the previous OS, and I can't reload my backup file!!!! When I check for updates, I'm told I have the latest software, but it's the old software....please help!

    you can not restore from a higher version so go here and reload the higher one then do a restore.

    Much appreciated, thank you for your replies. I'm am reloading the software file, which is enormous now. Can you tell my why I'm being told I have the latest version when I don't? Is it possible there was too many issues with the lates OS and the auto load was stopped?
