    As long as the User ID and Password are valid/happy, and your MC account is current, there is no reason you should have issues. What error are you getting?

    If you want to purchase any applications from blackberry world make sure you are using credit card because debit card doesn't work or use a PayPal account.

    Try changing to another form of payment and then back to your preferred method, sometimes this will fix you up.

    I've also been unable to make any purchases since Friday. Tried changing cards and even purchasing from another device.

    Bbid is working fine. It's just the purchase confirmation that fails. Haven't tried today, but I'd be interested in knowing if there is something more widespread failing rather than just us two unrelated users coincidentally having problems at the same time.

    Fyi I'm on a 10.3.1 leak on my z30 and 10.3.0 on my z10 so thought it might be related to that and didn't worry too much (yet.). I've tried visa and amex.

    Try going back to an official OS release and see if that clears it up. Don't forget to back up your data!

    Not a different card, try changing to a different method, like paypal, or carrier billing, THEN change it back.
