    I can't remember any of my BBID login details and which I had to bypass my BlackBerry Protect on BB10. Now I can't open .apk applications, please I need help.

    It closes automatically, it will install in its normal way but forces itself to shut down immediately I click on it

    I have tried the BlackBerry Android Runtime, and each time I reload with an autoloader it ask for my BBID login which I can't remember any of my login details and i'll have no option than to bypass

    You can't bypass BlackBerry anti-theft. Without remembering your BBID, you would not be able to proceed.

    The Android Runtime fix from BlackBerry World is for OS 10.3.2.2876 only. Any other OS would be corrupted if you installed it.

    But as conite said... if you are having problems with that, you shouldn't even be able to get past it to even try to install APKs.

    What PHONE and OS version are you using?
