called verizon tech support. Rep can't figure out with the updated download why data hub does not show after touching the triple bar icon. According to him that icon should appear on the left side. On the classic it appears on the right with no data hub window in which to get into safe mode.
there is no update from verizon ,are you talking about you updated via autoloader ?
if so you will need the newer apps from 10.3.2.2813 and ART from bb world if you are currently on 10.3.2.2876 or 2888
