    after updating my bbm on blackberry passport to 10.8.5, I can't seem to find the option where I copy chat and Ping, etc. the option is gone. Is this from my phone or its general?

    Open BBM, swipe down from the top , tap settings. Scroll down and toggle "Show Action Bar" to ON. That will give you the overflow menu again.
