[CrackBerry Question]

Hi All,

Help needed. My Z10 blackberry screen is cracked and won't slide open and when I am trying to access my internal storage (usb connected via MAC) I can't make a selection when prompted to select Install Drivers / Access SD Card or Charge phone.

My phone isn't visible via BB Link or the BB device - please help as I will to replace the phone however am keen to get the internal storage info if possible.

Doesn't sound like you can at this point.

Put clear tape over the cracked screen or hope that your access files over wifi was set up and use that.

Buy replacement screen off ebay and some small screw drivers to swap out digitizer. It's not hard and can be done for $20. I did it in 20 minutes. You really need the digitizer to work...it's a rock without it.
