[CrackBerry Question]

I have a blackberry bold, i sent someone txts a couple of days ago, who claims they did not receive them, I have everything ticked on my txt options, confirm delivery,confirm read etc. the txts have the d above the tick so i know they were delivered, how do i know if they were read though?

I think this person may be lying, just wondered how i set up so i see the "r" symbol for txts? or is this only possible on bbm?

Not all carriers will receive a texts read signal, so even if the option is checked, there might not be a receipt available. I've never received one.

That's why, if it's really important, I call. The old fashion way. I've sent texts to my wife and she says she never received it. So if it's important or an emergency, I use the phone and make contact verbally.
