My Q 10 will shut down at about 4%. At that point, there is not enough power to keep the devise going.

Dear Friends ,
Here I'm new to BlackBerry and I know only little about BlackBerry Q10 and I got this mobile before 3 weeks
Now I'm having this problem while my BlackBerry battery level lower then 10 % it's auto shutting down without any warning and it's OS also latest 10.3 I don't know is it one feature of 10.3 or not!!!

I have experienced the same problem, Q10 shuts down at around 8-10% battery life but it appears it's doing better since the last BBM update but I haven't tested it enough to be sure. I don't know if it's related to the BBM update or not, highly doubt it. I'll let it run low tomorrow and get back to you.

I used and abused the hell out of my Q10 today to see just how low my battery would get before dying.

I didn't get a chance to swipe up to see the actual percentage before phone read "Turning Off". The battery bar was in the orange/yellow color but I was able boot it back up and it did show 12% battery life before turning off again. It takes a little battery to boot the phone up (not sure exactly how much) so I guessing it died at about 14%.

At the time just before it turned off I had CB open in the background and I opened an email with a link to a video, I clicked it and began to watch.
