Trying to reset my BB ID - the link arrives at my mail.com inbox 2 hours later, already expired.
I repeated this several times yesterday, thinking I might get lucky, but when the link arrived at my mail,com address, the link had already expired.

I was about to delete the account, but was afraid of bricking the Z30.

I do have another BB ID if I could switch one for the other.

if you delete the BBID you are going to lose all access to your phone. Can you use another email account that isn't so slow? Create a gmail one maybe just for the day?

Not sure how to do that, as the BB ID is tied to a mail.com address, and I do not know the password.

Is there another option to reset my BB ID password?

a. Pay $35 for premium BB support (ouch!)
b. Pay $30 for Mail.com premium
