I have a new BB Q10 and cannot transfer data from my old BB 9900 since the Blackberry Desktop software does not support Q10 connection. My old 9900 is damaged and I need to get the information from my PC. Much obliged to receive help. Best regards. Joo Neves

You might have to manually transfer them over from your computer via windows explorer

Start here and download the pdf for manually transferring files. Directions are similar manual transfers so doesn't matter which one you look at.

    Or you can try:
to follow info from Setup (app's icon on your Q10) -> Device Switch. You can do it with BlackBerry Link Software or with Device Switch app from BlackBerry World. You can find links to these app in Setup and step by step instructions.

If you have BlackBerry Protect on your 9900, you can also do an import from that to the Q10.
