    Okay, see if someone can help me with this. I am going to be transferring my contacts from the 9900 to the Z30. I downloaded BB Link to my computer and I need to enter my password. Problem is I can't remember what the hell I used as a password. Is there a way of transferring data without having to enter the password? The phone is on and working no problem. But when I go on the BB Link it wants the password from the device???

    If this is from your 9900, then there is no other way but to start from scratch if you can not remember password, unless you're talking about your BBID password then you can reset it. https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/bbid/login/ and click on forgot password
