    The screen on the Z30 is non functional but the device is still working. How do I access contacts etc for transfer?

    If the touchscreen is busted, there's not a lot you can do, outside of manually re-entering the info or hoping that it was backed up elsewhere such as Google. Just about every app or solution is going to require some approval on the device.

    Do you try Z30 connection to BlackBerry Link .the PC shown external SD Z30 . Transfer Z30 documents to PC .if Z30 has set lock screen pass word, that will be bad.
