they aren't tied to an email account?
syncs your contacts to an online source (gmail or outlook.com) and you'll never transfer them again. just let them sync.

Does BBOS sync contacts? I honestly don't remember.
I thought but didn't remember either. I'm glad you asked because turns out my 9900 was on a BES for the churches email through Century Link. I forgot all about that and you saved us $10/mo cuz I don't need that now.
I also use gsync which sends my outlook to gmail so I guess I didn't think about the BES connection I had.
Let me think, there has to be a way for OP to sync those contacts. If all else fails, they may have to use desktop manager.
