BlackBerry Virtual Expert? The app from the guys who can see all your info anyway? I'd be concerned about a 3rd party app's permissions, but BBVE needs access to more than any other app, if it's going to be any good at diagnostics.

Edit - Just checked permissions for craps and giggles. There's nothing about passwords. IDKY you'd have possibly seen that.

You might want to just not use the phone if you have a problem with BlackBerry having the info BBVE is asking for. Since, well, they wrote it, and all that.

Anyway. Uninstall, reboot, download again, reinstall. And grant all permissions because it's testing your entire device and sending the results back to BlackBerry.
