    I Have a Q10. I recently took the back cover off the phone and since then the touchscreen doesn't work. I've tried holding the up and down down button in at the same time, also I powered it on and off several times. The touchscreen still doesn't work. Any help, please? Cheers

    If you only removed the battery cover... can't see how you would have damaged anything.....

    But if a reboot didn't fix it, you must have. Could try reloading the OS, but if the touch screen is damaged you won't get past the setup.

    You can try watching a tear down video and get familiar with the components... namely the cable to the display.
