    My BlackBerry Z3 stj100-1 on os 10.3.1.1779... it's touch not working properly.... sometimes it's touch works and sometimes not... sometimes it's party work sometimes not.... sometimes it's top baggle automatically swap down many times until screens awake and touch stop working.
    Why I face this problem... and my BlackBerry is although one year old and out of warranty but still it's in brilliant condition, and I could not dropped it at once

    I was just use my mobile in night and when I wake up and try to use my mobile it's touch was not working.... getting shocked*

    From 2 days it's touch was not working because it's top line automatically swap down many times when I touching screen.... but today it's top baggle did not working otherwise almost touch working well from 10 hours.
    I try BBVE app for testing display touch...

    Please help me guys..... I can't swap down from top side.... what I do... I know it's will be not big deal but still slightly upper part of screen touch not working

    Press and hold the up and down volume keys. Ignore the screenshot and continue holding the buttons until you see the BlackBerry logo. Make sure you screen is nice and clean.

    I live in near Udaipur and There is no service centre near me... I think only in jaipur, in Rajasthan.
    And I I sent it then what will happen next, although it's out of warranty, and how much money I should to pay

    Unfortunately it sounds like it's broken. Before sending it for repair try to load a more recent OS on it via sachesi or autoloader.

    I can't load os through autoloaders... I am thirstily waiting for OTA update... in india still no updates....when we will get, 'I know very soon but still when'

    Both... of courses I didn't do this before,
    Actually I have computer but here is so much power cut problem, any time they can cut power and if it's happen during load OS then I think it's will be more dangerous for my BlackBerry Z3

    You're right, power failure would not be good. Any chance of downloading the autoloader to a flash drive and going somewhere (office maybe) where you can get access to a PC in a more reliable area?

    Or find someone with a laptop. The laptop battery should be enough to ensure power continuity in case of a power cut.

    I am just 19 not working now, I try some time to arrange laptop but not possible .... so not possible

    So try finding a local store that is reputed for BlackBerry service.
    I feel that these local guys are the reason most BlackBerry OS users from the old days and the few nowadays remain.
    Let me know if you find anybody.
    If it is a hardware problem, then I suggest you write to the main service center wherever formally and request them if you can send your device in or whatever understanding you can come to.
    If all fails with the communication to the service center then at least ask for an official email address or anyone you can email about your service related problems to.
    (its a very long shot, but no harm trying).
