torch9810 error message

Hello,My BB Torch 9810 is giving an error message"uncaught exception:Java.lang.NullPointerException"...I've not been able to access my phone since then. i have tried rebooting it several times but the same error message keeps popping up after it has rebooted. please, how can i fix this problem? Try reloading the software or if you've installed any new applications before the issue started, boot into safe mode and remove them.
