[CrackBerry Question]

1.) All unopened voice mail messages are "automatically saved". When I check my voice mail it does not state that "I have a new message"....instead it states that "I have a saved message."

2.) The "Red Circle/White Star Indicator" never turns off on the "Blue Phone Icon" even after it has been opened up and closed.

3.) The "Red Circle/White Star Indicator" never appears on the "Green Call Voice Mail Icon" when there are new unopened voice mail messages.

I've spoken to T Mobile and to Blackberry. Blackberry has advised me that it is a T Mobile issue. T Mobile has advised me to return the phone and exchange it for a new one.
