    I am frustrated at Blackberry Indonesia promo practice. they offer about US$100 discount but only for 1st 50 people (after reading the fine lines, I found out).
    However, they advertise it as if it is a limited time offer not limited for 50 persons.
    This practice makes people mad.
    I want to send them email complaining about this but where to?
    does anyone know where I should contact to?
    should I vent my frustration on social media instead?

    Limited is limited. Whether it is time or customer based. As mentioned, take it up with BlackBerry directly.
