Is there away to resurrect pictures, information from a Blackberry Bold directly from the hard drive of the phone?
My phone will not recharge even with a new battery. I would like to retrieve photos.

Try finding them through BB desk top mgr
Keep in mind that your phone isn't using a true hard drive, but flash memory like a USB. You could try desktop manager, but if the issue is your USB port then that may be why you can't charge the handset. You could also try using a different, and fully charged, battery to see if that will at least allow you to email or transfer the pictures to an SD card.
