There are apps for that. In OS 10.3.1, it will be integrated.

So call your friend and tell her that you can add the feature by updating the phone to the latest (leaked) OS.

She's not very techy. It would go waaaay over her head. Plus, she's on T-Mo so most likely won't get an official version when it drops. So there are no apps or ways to accomplish that now?

There some call blocking apps in BlackBerry World and as far as I am aware, they should be working fine for that purpose

Do you have a specific name? BBW is pretty difficult to search if you don't know the name of the app you're looking for. And she probably wouldn't want to be away from her phone for that long. She lives out of town lol.
