We have recently upgraded all our users (approx. 400) from BlackBerry 5 to Blackberry 10 devices (Passport, Classic and Leap). We used to be able to use LogMeIn Rescue for this, but this only supports BlackBerry OS versions to 7. Is anyone aware of a tool we can use to remote control a BlackBerry 10 device from a Windows PC?

Amazing that you would upgrade 400 handsets and not fully research the capabilities relative to your migration.

Blackberry Blend allows access to content, but not remote control of a device. The solution I am looking for is something my Service Desk team could use to remote control the device to provide support and facilitate training on the new user interface of BB10.

Thanks for your very helpful input...
The capabilities researched were focussed on the user requirements and our business requirements from a security perspective. The ability to remote control a device for support purposes was a "Could have" on our MoSCoW rating, and is considered a "nice to have" feature.

    Contact your local spy agency.
USA NSA spent about 1.8 billion for developing software you are looking for.
UK's GCHQ uses a software package called "Smurf Suite," including one tool that can remotely activate a device even if it was powered down. Look it up!
It's amazing, what taxpayers money can buy you and how hopelessly f**** phone owners are.
