    how to use the features of the Q10 and what the different ICONS means for example flash setting for the camera - what turns the flash on what turns on the flash light etc. If you are new to Blackberry phone and no instructions leaves a lot to one's imagination

    If you go to BlackBerry.Com you can find instruction manuals for every device. However they are mostly the basics to get you started. There are lots of features that you can find out about here on Crackberry. Enjoy and welcome.
