    I would like to troubleshoot a Z30 by running a command like the very useful RSET command in OS7 devices. Can this be done?

    not that I know of. What do you need to troubleshoot for? run the BBVE app.

    RSET was for the address book right? If so you can delete local contacts, the process eludes me now but I have seen it posted here in the forums. If the contacts are in a mail client and synced wireless, then you can disable the contact sync and then re-enable.

    Actually, I no longer see the option on 2267, but this should get you started.
