    Not sure what happened to my BlackBerry Z10, but it just happened today that all Android app stop working, only blank page - even Google play that's previously has no problem running. Is there any back end update that I didn't notice?

    Running Z10 on OS 10.3.1.1779 /
    STL100-2. Any help are highly appreciated.

    Hold both volume buttons down until devices powers off, let it boot back up and try again
