There are users manuals, but if searching Amazon fails to produce the results you want then consider it a bust.
There's a website you can go to called amazon.com which sells millions of books. Do a search for "blackberry" in the books section.

I would think that these forums are the closest thing you will get to that. If there is anything you want to find, just do a search.
One quick-suggestion: when you need to find something specific as far as trouble-shooting, try to search using Google with "CrackBerry + Z30 + _____" (Google's filtering seems to bring you more precise results than the internal search of CB, especially within the app).
And now, we wait for the Google-haters in 3... 2... 1...
