how do I change my settings to ask "do you want to delete" instead off "undo delete" showing and deleting on its own in less than 2 seconds

If I'm understanding correctly the toggle you're looking for is delete confirmation in the BlackBerry Hub setting under display and actions.

However, I still occasionally get randomly deleted text messages (or rather entire conversations) - always immediately following an incoming text to that conversation. I've been unable to narrow down the cause and effect but it's extremely frustrating when it does occur. I'm on a verizon Z30 running 10.3.2.2813.
