For some unknown reason Digicel in the caribbean will not allow Hotspot or tethering of Blackberry devices on their network. Anything else is allowed. No explanation offered and they did not even know how to work the phone, yet they had them on display.

I really need this functionality and have tried a couple of ideas without success thus far. I tried the escreens config that is supposed to work on Verizon and I have tried an android tethering app but seem to get stuck when trying to add an ADB driver

Anyone with a workaround that lets me tether on my Digicel network would be much appreciated

I have an unlocked Passport and a Q10
