    Hi, I've been given a samsung Tab 4 for my birthday and I can't get the bloody thing to work!! The play store just keeps that circle thing like its stuck and it's won't open. I've created a new google account but when clicking into the play store it's not opening?? I've been into settings and can't seem to find anything that will help... Any ideas greatly appreciated!
