    Can anyone help me with my Priv? Locked to AT&T, started update yesterday afternoon and after about two hours of downloading and installing phone will not get past BlackBerry Bootloader Menu.

    Assume you did option #1....

    You can try holding the power button down for like 30 seconds.. but it's a long shot that will fix it.

    As far as I know you'll need to contact BlackBerry support, or if you want you could use a bootloader http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe.../#post12313904

    Thanks for the suggestion. Just tried holding the power button like you said and it just keeps giving me the same screen. I'll try customer support when I get a chance.
