AT&T Blackberry priv won't receive MMS
Every now and then I get a notification on my AT&T branded priv that says "check settings > MMS > APNs" I've checked the apn settings and they are correct, or at least it says they are. I've called at&t and they gave me a different set of apn settings to try and still not working. Then tried getting a new sim, no luck. I've tried restoring the device, that didn't work either. Eventually it got to the point that AT&T replaced it under warranty thinking that there was something wrong with the sim reader. Today it happened again with the new device. This does not happen with every MMS message, just randomly. sometimes it will even just send me half of the group message, like after its been going on for a while When talking to the at&t guys they said that the MMS runs on the same band as data streaming which works just fine and has never had any problems. Has anyone had this issue or know anything about how to fix it?
