On my Z30, the system is using about 4GB of storage, on my Passport, the system is occupying over 22gb. Apps are about the same on both devices, they are almost identical , at about 3gb, other files under 0.9gb. Is it normal for the system to be taking up that much storage?

No. Do a clean install or security wipe.

Nope, that is not normal at all.

The system as off the 10.3.2 update should only take about 4.5GB.

You might not need to do a security wipe or reinstall.

Download CCleaner for the Amazon App Store and give it a go.
