I want to know there are many android app which will work on system.. ( clean master, antivirus, ram booster)

These above mentioned apps will work on any system whether it may be android or BlackBerry..

My question is when I install or run these type of apps in BlackBerry do they hamper my device like lagging, delete some system files like this...
Or
It will be good to install BlackBerry's native app for these matters..

Android Apps run in a sand box, they can't touch any system files.

A sand box means the App is run in a sort of box, it can only access what the OS wants it to, it cannot access any files outside of the Android Folder.

And those ram booster apps shouldn't really do anything, because again they can't access anything native

Because code which you would class as a virus cannot be installed without the user been a complete moron and side loading something which looks fishy as hell or too good to be true and giving it maximum permissions without thinking of the consequences.

Non of that will ever get through BlackBerry World, and again Android malware can't do any harm because of the sand box.
