I'll rephrase my question..

Has anyone had any success syncing photos using Link lately? When I used my Z10 I am almost positive it worked but now with my Passport Link will only see the photos on the device. Not sure if there is some setting I am missing.

It worked just fine for me. Connect the phone to your laptop via USB and and if you have password on your phone, type it in the pop up on your laptop or computer. Once connected, syn link with your phone and it will do the job. Mind you, make sure if you have x-rated pictures and other people use your computer, to have such pictures hidden ;-). Yes, I have such pictures. I am using Z30
