    I purchased a blackberry, no contract, unlocked to Verizon on ebay. I want to switch from my virgin mobile device to the blackberry. Is this possible? Do I need a SIM card?

    As far as I know, since VZW is a CDMA network, you need a device capable of that or you cannot use it on their network. For starters. I have no idea if you need a new sim. What is your device now?

    Is this Virgin Mobile USA? If so, then no, you can't. They run on the Sprint (CDMA) network, and you can't use Verizon BBs on Sprint.
