I have a 9900 in very good, if not great shape. I would like to switch from my Classic and Q10 to the 9900 and back (Sim converter). I get "enterprise activation" errors. My BlackBerry ID email is a Gmail based email, and I am not on a an enterprise server. Any ideas?

I might add that it is not a "gmail.com" address. I've used it before with this device.

Did you wipe the 9900 before using it? It sounds like there may be some existing configuration established on the 9900.

Ask your carrier to swipe completely your phone, also you can check with them if you have BIS on your account.
