successful migration from iphone to Z10 but a few questions about moving sms history

Dear Forum,

Well, we did it! We gave up the Apple habit and my wife and I are enjoying our BB Z10 and her awesome Q10. And best of all, we took our carriers sims, cut them down and installed them with out a single hiccup. This couldn't have been easier.

One question though. Our sms history, that is to say all of our previous sms messages with each other and everyone else are not showing. Some of those are pretty important.

Can someone please tell us to bring those sms messages over from the iphone to the new OS?

Oh...and we got the new OS upgrade as well, with the new icons....awsome. I know, I am over using that word with the new Blackberry, but honestly, I don't think we're going to sleep tonight while we explore these phones! If more people knew how great the BB10's were Blackberry would be doing a whole lot better!

Anyway...how to move the sms historical messages over????

You'd have to find a backup sms app for iphone to export and then find one for blackberry to import making sure the export file is the same file you can import on bb

My opinion is: forget the old messages. Make a backup on itunes and if you want read them later, you just restore on any iphone.
I found this topic because Im using 5S and waiting for a Q10.
