I have a very big stupid bug on my z10;
So one day I try this

Which will guide you to the simple setting that u get at the first time running the phone, I just was trying out, and now have this problem :'(
Whenever I restart my phone it's bring it; I finish it again, but that not help it's appear again!
And another problem ; the NFC turn on also by itself with that setting

It seems your phone always thinks it's the first time you boot it up. That comes automatically with the NFC turned on, so that's already cleared. I would suggest a hard reset or reinstall of the OS.

Can the update fix it?
If yes then will wait for the coming days, cus there is an update didn't receive it yet, and maybe the 10.3.1 come within a month,

Might fix it, you can always call BlackBerry and pay for support, especially as this is just a public forum where we end users attempt to assist in resolving issues. Some can be resolved, some cannot.
