    I recently purchased the BlackBerry Passport and am having a hard time finding out how to stream the highest quality of the video possible.
    Things I've tried
    1. Used desktop browser. Unfortunately when clicking on the settings icon, I only have the option of 360p
    2. Fast Tube. Some videos offer HQ and HD but they do not look HD. Not near 1080p (I tried videos that are in 108P)

    Are you trying to do this over WiFi or with a data plan connection? WiFi will provide a faster connection that can handle more data. The 360p is probably being imposed by the quality of the data connection.

    With regards to viewing Youtube on "mobile" you should be able to watch in "HQ" or you can click it and it will revert to SQ.

    HQ - 480p
    SQ - 360p
    .
    Stream FULL HD (720-1080p) videos on youtube-img_20150807_212129_edit.png

    With regards to the "Desktop Mode" I'm unable to check that since my Q5 will not allow desktop mode. Hopefully I've helped in some way.

    This was tested on WiFi, however, I would like to have the option to stream 1080 on data since I have a 7gb plan from Bell. Basically none of the options allow me to play the highest quality which is 1080p. In fact majority of the time I can't even stream 720 on youtube

    I found out the reason, YouTube only allows you to stream video quality up to the resolution of your device. (while using a mobile)

    Tested using my BlackBerry Leap and it only allows up to 720p video but when I used a LG G4 it allowed 1080p

    Leap = 1280 x 720
    G4 = 2560 x 1440

    So there we have it

    Stream FULL HD (720-1080p) videos on youtube-img_20150808_105713_edit_edit.png

    Thanks, Zane. Supertube allowed me to play 720, however I would still like to find out an option to play full 1080p on Youtube. If anyone has the solution please let me know. I don't have this issue with my iphone 6. :/
