I just updated my ID update to 10.3.1.1734.

Now my story maker crashes when I try to open it ?

I did a hard reboot no help

It's possible that the data stored for Story Maker may have become corrupted if the issue persists after performing a hard reset. In this case, unfortunately you will need to manually back up the data on your device and perform a security wipe which should remedy the issue. I would normally recommend backing up via BlackBerry Link, but the corrupted data may be included in such a backup and therefore cause the issue to reappear after restoring.

Go to story maker swipe down den. Go to settings and turn OFF "save to media card"

It doesn't open completely for me. Im on an old z10 and I haven't been able to use Storymaker since the last two updates months ago. It attempts to open at first and then dissappears.

Folks how I fixed it :

do a complete wipe of the phone and install.. Of course do a backup via link, also even save all your data, video, pictures to a hard drive.
The complete wipe with the fresh installed updated BB10 OS made my phone great, Story Maker works A++* and you will notice more device storage. Because everything was install clean and efficient . Hope it helps
