Hello, my storage memory keeps on decreasing but I don't know what was the reason behind it. I keep on clearing data from my android apps but the storage won't go up as high as much after clearing data from them. Is there any solution to my problem?

You really have to dig around and see what is using the storage space...

One culprate are "accounts", email, messaging, social networks... depending on your usage, the number of messages you receive and the amount of time you have them set to "sync"... you could build up GBs of data. Limit the sync time some.....

Other biggies are...
Photos and Video (device manager should tell you how much these are taking up (outside of some apps that might store them separately).
Download folder - check it for installation APK that you might not need any longer (or you might want to keep just in case the next version of that app won't work)

My passport today out of the blue has device storage issues
And not getting emails

Also, I noticed outlook different on my computer, so maybe an update at that end screwed things up

I have no calendar with in hub

When I looked at my misc folder in the Device storage, specifically the android folder there, it says that its eatung up 7 GB of my device memory but I clear my cache there manually, regularly and all my media stuff are in my SD Card storage so I still have no clue what to do in order to increase the memory drastically.
