I read the manual book of blackberry Z3. It says that I can access files in my phone (copy, cut, etc) via USB cable which works plug and play. I also read that I can access files wireless using WiFi connection.
According to the manual book, for both of these options don't need blackberry link installed.
Following step by step written on manual book, nothing works. I even follow tips on YouTube and follow exactly the same way, still doesn't work.
Please, if someone know about the issue.
I'm afraid it has something to do with the software installed.

You need to have Link installed to install the drivers. Once you do that, you shouldn't need to open Link to transfer files. However, with 10.3.1 I need to open Link and minimize it to transfer files via wifi
