[CrackBerry Question]

My phone was stolen 3 days ago and until now Blackberry Protect couldn't locate it. Probably, the thief pulled off the SIM and he is trying to format it. I want to know, after the phone is formatted/wiped, it will still appear on My Devices section, on the Blackberry Protect web page and if I will still be able to locate it. Thank you.

If you're using the 10.3.2, they won't be able to wipe the phone without knowing your device password. If they do it, they won't be able to open it. If you're not on 10.3.2, I think the only thing that you can do is report your device PIN to BlackBerry, and make the stolen phone become a bricked device.
