    10.2.1.3062 sounds like an OS that would be on a TMO branded phone. If so, then you'll have to wait until TMO releases 10.3.1 (ain't gonna happen,) or use other means to get 10.3.1 on your phone. I would look into Sachesi: http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...achesi-904841/

    OP, your carrier doesn't support STL100-3, but STL100-1. So I think you'll be never getting upgrade thru your carrier. But you can try to take SIMcard out and check software update using WiFi. If it's not working, you have to upgrade manually as Raino's said.

    Carriers in Mexico don't even know there is an update, heck, they don't even know what version BlackBerry phones are sold with!!!!. They claim they haven't received any notification from BlackBerry for ANY updates.

    Um you installed the wrong OS. Where did you get it from? Developer OS is missing apps. Please look for 10.3.1.2708
