can someone help me?

Currently on blackberry Q10 10.3.0.1052

1. I have security wiped my device when i installed 10.3 leak
2. When I restart my device my data keeps getting wiped?
3.I have tired reinstalling leak but nothing seems to work?
4.Also I have restore back to 10.2 and started the same steps by reinstalling leak and security wipe but still keeps happening?

I have been seeing some folks saying this same thing.
Okay, let me get this straight.

1. When you security wiped your device, was it done after you installed the leak, do the setup and add your accounts?
2. When you say your data keeps getting wiped, what type of data are you talking about exactly?

Please provide me with answers to this questions and let me see if I could help you.

okay ill try and explain the best way.

1. Installed leak all fine and then I security wiped as said in forums (so after I installed leak)
2. The data which is getting wiped are the following - apps , mobile connection, emails , wifi , etc.... (basically a new fresh phone again)

I think I get you now.
When you do a security wipe or SIC wipe, it is meant to wipe out every thing and turn your phone to a brand new phone as if you just bought it, so all mobile connections, email, wifi would be gone. You will need to set them up all over again.
So to help you better, here is what you do:
1. Load the leak on your device.
2. Once it is done installing and your device boots up, go to step 3
3. Do the first set up for the phone, that is, the gestures, setting of blackberry ID, wifi(if you asked)
4. Once step 3 is done, go to settings and to security and privacy and perform the wipe
5. Once the wipe is done, restart you phone and set up your device as if you just bought.

NB: You will notice that, I did not ask you to add apps, emails or anything of such before doing the wipe.
This is because security wipe delete them all.

When you say, "still no luck", what exactly do you mean?
Do you mean that after installing and wiping, you set up the device by adding your mails, apps and everything still gets wipe out?

when I still restart my device , all my settings gets wiped again etc ...
