So I know instagram V6.2.2 is working on BB10.3
But what still isn't functioning is video uploading! Anyone have a workaround or is video uploading just out of the question for BlackBerry users now?!

No, you need a Android or iDevice for that because of the camera API
Well its not only recording videos and uploading it's also prerecorded media maybe not even from the phone. It just doesn't want to upload video files
