    Hello guys,

    I realised that the bottom speaker of my Z30 stopped working. I reset the phone 2 times but problem is not solved.. when I run the monitoring app the test concerning the speaker fails. Any solution to this problem?

    If the device is new, and if your within the 30 days, you should be able to return the phone to exchange for a new one from your carrier. After that, your on the Blackberry warranty. They give good service.
    But it is a hardware failure, simple.

    Thanks a lot.. no I bought the device in November.. is it possible to give me an email or any official BlackBerry contact details in order to talk to them about this issue? I currently live in Germany but from the way you gave your answer, I guess there will be a global service..

    you can go to repair shope and fix it there just might be a losing wire from the speaker thats all..
