    Hi, when I make/receive calls I can't hear anything but the person at the other end of the line can hear me perfectly.
    If I select speaker phone I am then able to hear my calls.

    What device and OS do you have?
    And just asking but the mute button is off right?

    Have you done a check with BBVE to see if its a hardware issue?
