Why is it possible that Sony named its cellphone Z3 while we also have an own phone with the same name?
Isn�t there any lawsuit between these two companies?

Because sony never called it the 'BlackBerry Z3', the BlackBerry portion is the only part that's trademarked. It would be stupid to trademark 'Z3' unless of course BlackBerry just wanted to be a troll. Bold, Storm etc etc are all trademarked but a letter and a number is just plain stupid.
