Some android-apps like Bank-id, Track-my ride and some other just were in god shape til about 3 weeks ago, but what it does happen now is: the app just appear on the screen after I had puched i.e. the bank-id app, but then it dissappear rapidly. The same problem on my Q10.
Another is that I can't buy from apps BBWorld hence to it says there is a disfunction now, try later.. but it never works.
All these problems didn't exist at all before. But since 3 weeks everything started going wrong.
The most disturbing is not gettin access to the Bank-id or not be able to buy apps from BBWorld. Most of the sideloaded apps are running very well as same with those from BBWorld.
Please can anyone bring me some advice. Something must have happened? Suspect there is some disturbance between the OS and Google P. Or something like that?

well maybe the google play services have been updated and your OS10 isn't compatible?
Have you checked the thread with Cobalt's Google Workarounds?

I assume you've tried to reboot your device by holding down the two volume keys until the screen goes back?

After reboot, let the phone rest for 10 minutes.

And please....what about pressing/holding down the two keys f�r loadspeakers? Or even booting? I don't understand?

I'm telling you to turn your phone off and then turn it back on again. Let it sit after turning back on for at least 10 minutes before you touch it.

Thank you Conite , but nothing happened..still unable to solve the problem. Have there been any updatings that I've missed somewhere..? It's incredible bouring... it's even gone worse. Such a crazy. 3 weeks ago everything was Ok. The thing is that I've got 3 devices, 1passport, 1 passport S.E. And 1 Q10. All three just gone the same way.

I'd take one and load the OS 10.3.2.2888 with the 2877 radio files. Don't restore any data, and slowly add back the apps that your having issues with... give it time and test these.

If you haven't done it yet, update your Android Runtime, because the one you have is broken.

Use your BlackBerry browser and install this (if you can):

Reboot (do NOT open) after install. Give it a few minutes to settle after restarting phone.

To Dunt...: have I to wait until the updating is rolling out of 2888...? And isn't there a radio-file 2877 followed.? Or Where do I find all this stuff?

Thanks..I just updated Android Runtime.. but indeed, nothing chanched....Must be lot of folks out there fighting th� same truble, hence to this is affecting all 3 of my Blackberry 10 OS devises...hmmm?

Are you sure you'd want to trust a site that claims to offer APKs for BBOS devices that can't possibly run them? Personally, I wouldn't.
